This role is key in supporting the GANT Spain side of the business and building strong relationships and professional credibility across the business together with the People Business Partner.

• Support PBP with monthly processes (Payroll & Admin tasks)
• Work closely with different stakeholder
• Support preparation of monthly local payroll data 

• Ensure accurate documentation of employee files, and any other payroll and HR records Issuing the confirmations of the employment (Employer certificate) 
• Assist with the production of ad hoc reports using Excel and HRIS 
• Support with benefits administration & processes
• Day-to-day general duties include providing general administrative support to the People Business Partners
• Support projects related to time & attendance
• Work closely with local & global team on implementation of new HRIS system 

T&A 

• Support P&C team on T&A processes and data update 
• Manage T&A tool and follow up on different processes 
• Work closely with external providers

• English level B2 
• Experience in HR area (is a plus) 
• Convenio needs to be signed during internship program 
• Education - Degree related with HR (Law, Psychology, HR, Business Administration)
