At GANT, we're building the future of fashion retail across international partner markets—and we’re looking for someone to be our Head of Partner sales and operations. This is your opportunity to work cross-functionally and internationally, leading impactful sales and business development with some of our most important markets and partners. 


As Head of Partner Sales & Operations, you will lead commercial development in selected smaller markets and support strategic growth in larger territories. You’ll work closely with distribution partners to drive sell-in and sell-out performance, develop and execute business and investment plans, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all channels. You will be a key bridge between our partners and Global HQ—ensuring transparency, alignment, and impact. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Drive sales growth (sell-out) and increase partner orders (sell-in) across key markets 

  • Set and deliver commercial targets and brand plans, both annual and long-term 

  • Build and manage strong, trust-based relationships with distribution partners 

  • Lead planning, forecasting, business reviews, and market development actions 

  • Ensure operational support, including stock management, payment follow-up, and execution 

  • Act as the main liaison between partners and internal teams  

  • Oversee legal and administrative aspects of distribution agreements (in collaboration with Legal) 

Profile

  • 3–5 years’ experience in partner sales, business development, or similar roles 

  • Strong commercial acumen with understanding of retail and wholesale business models 

  • Skilled in stakeholder management and building long-term relationships 

  • Proven ability to analyze markets and identify growth opportunities 

  • Experience across multiple sales channels: retail, wholesale, outlet, e-com 

  • High level of self-leadership, structure, and adaptability in a dynamic environment 

  • Be able and willing to travel frequently
