About the TeamAs part of the Sample Logistics Team, you will be the driving force behind the coordination of various milestones within our in-house projects. You’ll work closely with the Sample Logistics Coordinator, Sample Logistics Specialist, and Head of Sample Logistics, where your mentor will guide you every step of the way. Together, we’ll ensure that our seasonal collections come to life seamlessly and effectively!

What You’ll Be Doing

Project Support: Collaborate with the Sample Logistics Coordinator and Sample Logistics Specialist on assigned internal and external projects, coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth operations.
Sample Coordination: Co-lead sample coordination for exciting in-house projects alongside the Brand Team, Studio Team, Global Merchandise Team, PR Team, and Retail Team.
Inventory Mastery: Learn our GANT Sample Manager system to deliver, track, and coordinate our sample collections for a range of projects.
Color Projects: Assist the Sample Logistics Specialist with color projects for the Design Team, contributing to the visual impact of our collections.
Archive Management: Help with unpacking and coordinating Carry Over Samples while structuring our sample archive for easy access and organization.
Process Improvement: Be a vital part of our efforts to enhance and develop our internal processes, making them more efficient and effective.

Who You Are

To thrive and succeed during your internship, we believe it's important that you:

Are in the final stages of your education and have a scheduled internship period of between 3-5 months between February – June 2025
Are a positive, communicative, and proactive team player who’s not afraid to share suggestions and ideas.
A multitasking maestro who’s solution-oriented, with a keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
Familiarity with Excel, Monday, and Microsoft programs is preferred but not required.
