- Ensuring the proper provision of local IT services
- Optimization of IT processes and cross-departmental projects
- Interface function for IT requirements between the region and global headquarters
- Implementation of IT policies and procedures
- Communication with our IT suppliers and service providers
- Monitoring the IT budget and reporting to the finance department
Profil
- Successfully completed training or studies in information technology / computer science
- Several years of experience in IT, preferably in the service sector
- Very good experience in project management
- Strong communication skills, with a solution-oriented mindset
- Fluency in German and communication skills in English
- Occasional willingness to travel
