Are you interested to learn more about digital tools, productivity, and user experience? Join our Digital Workplace team at GANT HQ in Stockholm and gain hands-on experience in supporting the adoption of Microsoft 365 (M365) across the organization.
About the team
As part of the Global Digital & IT department, and our IT Operations team, you will be supporting our IT Workplace Area.
About the role
As an intern, you will play an essential role in helping employees enhance their digital skills and make the most of M365 tools for a smoother, more productive work experience. You will work closely with experienced professionals, supporting trainings, adoption campaigns, and internal communications to drive digital transformation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in delivering M365 trainings to improve user understanding
Creating practical user guides and productivity tips for daily workflows
Supporting adoption campaigns to encourage better use of M365 tools
Collecting feedback from users to identify productivity challenges and needs
Analyzing M365 usage data to suggest improvements in ways of working
Drafting internal communications highlighting updates and best practices
Promoting effective collaboration through tools like Teams, Planner, and OneNote
Profil
A student in IT, Business, Communication, or a related field, looking for an internship as part of your studies.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, with a passion for collaboration and digital tools.
A great communicator who can explain concepts clearly and simply, both in spoken and written English.
Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Team-oriented and friendly, with the ability to interact across different departments.
Comfortable using M365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and interested in productivity, training, and workflow improvements.
