About the role 

We are offering a unique Product & Operations Internship within our new business unit, providing hands-on experience in product operations and process management. This role is perfect for a structured and detail-oriented individual eager to learn how a global brand develops and scales a new business. 

As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting the Product & Operations teams, assisting with collection development milestones, market and trend analysis, and maintaining essential product data. You will also help organize and track samples, support system implementation, and contribute to the smooth execution of key operational processes. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring efficiency across various functions, giving you valuable insights into the inner workings of a fast-paced business environment. 

Responsibilities 

• Assisting in the collection development process and preparation for key Critical Path milestones 

• Supporting market and trend analysis 

• Organizing and maintaining the sample room and storage 

• Support sample process: tracking sample deliveries, coordinate setting up approval process & quality check routines together with Head of Sourcing 

• Assist in system implementation exercises & testing 

• Maintain master data & support with data entry & tracking in various systems 

• Creating internal documents and tools for product tracking & processes 

• Providing day-to-day support across the Product & Operations team 

• A student currently enrolled in a business, fashion or related program, looking for an internship as part of your studies. 

• Structured and detail-oriented, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. 

• Interested in commercial strategies, market insights, and operational processes. 

• Comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating across functions. 

• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
