Management and further development of the merchandise planning team
Monitor inventory and communicate availability.
Manage inventory and replenishment of stock.
Identify market trends and drive sales.
Develop local forecasts and address risks and opportunities.
Promote sales of specific inventory.
Improve reporting dashboards and develop analytical reports.
Consolidate demand and forecasts, ensuring accuracy.
Member of the Regional Management Team
Close collaboration with the Commercial Director and the Commercial Management
Profil
At least 7 years of professional experience in a similar position, especially in textile retail is desirable
Strong understanding of textiles and the competitive landscape.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in sales and margin forecasting and promotional performance analysis.
Strategic thinking and planning skills.
Proficiency in demand planning and forecast accuracy.
Leadership experience and ability to manage a team.
Strong experience with an ERP system and expert in Excel
You are fluent in English and German
