About the team
As part of the Go To Market (GTM) team, you will play an essential role in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment focused on improving ways of working and enhancing efficiency. You will contribute to developing and refining processes, workflows, and communication channels to strengthen collaboration across teams.
In this position, you will gain valuable insights into how different functions such as Product and Design, Brand, Marketing, Sales, and Operations work together to achieve common goals. The GTM team operates cross-functionally from a strategic perspective, with the purpose of ensuring market readiness and successful execution.
Responsibilities
Support go‑to‑market planning and execution by assisting with seasonal launches, product drops, and campaign timelines
Coordinate cross‑functional alignment by gathering inputs, tracking actions, and ensuring collaboration between Merchandising, Marketing, Retail, and Operations ahead of key milestones
Prepare GTM materials and tools, including launch decks, briefs, calendars, checklists, and internal toolkits for internal teams, markets, and partners
Support meetings and follow‑ups by assisting with preparations, pre‑reads, note‑taking, and action tracking to ensure clear communication and progress
Ensure asset readiness by verifying that required GTM assets and information are available and correctly uploaded to shared platforms
Provide ad‑hoc GTM support related to launch execution, coordination, and ongoing process improvements
Support global brand expression by assisting in ensuring consistency of tone of voice, visual identity, and creative execution across markets and consumer-facing assets.
Support licensee brand alignment by assisting in the coordination of licensed categories (e.g., time, eyewear, fragrance) under the guidance of the Brand team
Assist in reviewing licensee materials, including toolkits, packaging, retail executions, and campaigns, to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
Profil
Who You Are
Currently studying Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
Highly organized and structured, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong communication skills and comfortable working cross‑functionally.
Interested in how collections are planned, created and launched.
Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
