Mission
We are looking for a Junior Accountant Trade to join our finance team in Stockholm. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to build practical experience in accounting and develop within an international and dynamic environment.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with less than one year of working experience who is eager to learn and grow. In this role, you will be responsible for the accounting of goods flow for several legal entities, ensuring high-quality and well-structured processes related to supplier invoices and goods transactions.
In this role, you will:
Manage accounting related to goods flow.
Ensure accurate processing, validation, and matching of supplier invoices to purchase orders
Handle invoicing of goods, supplier commissions, including AR follow-up
Perform inventory and balance sheet reconciliations
Deliver closing activities in line with the monthly closing schedule
Prepare and submit Intrastat and CARES reporting
Support the team through mailbox management, backups, and ad hoc tasks
Profil
We believe you have:
Education: University degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
Exposure to AP/AR or transactional processes is a plus
Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting and VAT
Languages: Fluent in English and Swedish
