About the team

Working closely with Cost Center owners (Accounts Payable), Wholesale and retail (Accounts Receivable) to ensure swift and accurate financial transactional processing

 

Responsibilities

• Assist in the processing of financial documents, including customer/supplier invoices and inbound payments in SAP.
• Support the Accounts Receivable team in managing the first line of collections (reminders, statements).
• Assist suppliers with inquiries related to invoices, payments, and account status.
• Collaborate in the reconciliation and accruals processes.
• Help with month-end closing activities according to the communicated schedule.
• Learn and support systems integrations and financial processes across the department.

 

Knowledge Requirements:

• Basic understanding of accounting ; strong Excel skills; interest in finance transactional processing.
• Education: Currently pursuing a university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Languages: English proficiency (additional languages are a plus).
• You are curious by nature, take initiative, and bring a structured approach to your work. A true team player, you enjoy solving problems and turning challenges into opportunities.
