Mission
We are looking for an IT Application Manager to join Gant’s Global Digital & IT team in Stockholm, with a dedicated focus on supporting our Footwear business.
Gant Footwear is on an exciting journey as a relatively new in-house business area, where capabilities, processes and systems are being built and developed from the ground up. With the first own Footwear collection launching this year, the environment is dynamic, entrepreneurial and fast-moving, with many ways of working still evolving.
In this role, you will be part of Global Digital & IT, while working closely with the Footwear organization to support and manage the applications and systems that enable the business. The IT Application Manager plays a critical role in bridging business needs and technology solutions. By working closely with Footwear stakeholders, vendors and internal IT colleagues, you will ensure that the applications supporting Footwear are stable, fit for purpose and continuously developed to support both current business needs and the future growth of Gant Footwear.
Responsibilities
Application Delivery & Performance Oversee the end-to-end delivery and performance of business applications, ensuring they meet SLAs, KPIs, and user expectations.
Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with business functions (supply chain, commercial, product & operations, finance) to translate needs into scalable and effective application solutions.
SAP & Master Data Management Manage and optimize SAP S/4HANA Cloud and related systems, with a strong focus on master data lifecycle management, data quality, and process efficiency.
Vendor & Partner Management Manage external service providers to ensure high-quality delivery, strong performance, and cost efficiency.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation Identify and drive application improvements and process enhancements to increase efficiency and business value.
Project Leadership Lead or support application-related projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
Governance, Budget & Resources Oversee application budgets, manage system access and governance, and coordinate internal and external resources effectively.

Experience
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in IT, technology, or application management
Experience working with SAP Cloud environments, preferably SAP S/4HANA
Background as a Project Manager, Management Consultant, or in similar roles where driving initiatives has been a key part of your work
Strong knowledge of SAP, with a particular emphasis on master data lifecycle management
Understanding of application lifecycle management (development, maintenance, support)
Experience in vendor management and working with external partners
Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills across business and tech
Structured, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environment
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
