Join our Creative Production team at GANT and play an essential role in coordinating global brand productions, from planning to final delivery. As an intern, you will be mentored by the Global Brand & Product Project Lead and collaborate with both internal and external teams to bring exciting brand and product projects to life.   

About the team 

As part of the Creative Production team, you will be responsible for coordinating various milestones of global brand productions, from planning and execution to final delivery. This intern will be mentored by the Global Brand & Product Project Lead and will also assist with product and design-related tasks. This role offers valuable insights into the collaboration between product, design, and brand. 

Responsibilities 

• Support the brand project coordinator, project- and production leads with assigned internal and external projects and coordinate with internal and external teams   

• Lead small-scale brand productions, or production milestones in close collaboration with a more senior member of the team  

• Lead product sample coordination across all global brand productions  

• Work within existing scope and budget, coordinating project milestones accordingly  

• Build project handovers ahead of market delivery   

• Support with product and design related deliveries such as PowerPoint presentations, Excel files and other administrational tasks.  

• Preferably you have previous experience from similar work and/or ongoing/finished education  

• Interested in content production and fashion   

• Detail and structure-oriented with a creative flair  

• A self-starter comfortable handling ad-hoc situations with a solutions-oriented approach to challenges  

• Natural people person with great social skills who enjoys professional networking  

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
