Missão
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Janitor/Office Assistant. In this role, you will be a key part of our team, responsible for ensuring the reception, office areas are tidy and well-organized. You will also provide support to both employees and visitors with a variety of administrative tasks. You will need a driver lincens and the job includes some heavy lifting.
Key Responsibilities:
Be a handyperson at the office. Be able to fix minor repairs, support IT with basic tasks
Assist whit lifting and moving heavy items around the office
Maintain order in all shared areas
Handle deliveries and transport items. Manage DHL shipments and mail sorting.
Be able to assist the office assistant in the kitchen and reception
Perfil
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic office environment.
Professional and positive with strong communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and email management.
Fluency in English
A valid B driver's license is required.
