Missão

We are looking for a Go to Market Manager Licensees & Operations to ensure smooth execution of seasonal launches with licensee partners. You will manage brand consistency and cross-functional collaboration to uphold our premium standards globally.

As the Go to Market Manager Licensees & Operations, you will ensure that seasonal launches—especially those executed by licensee partners—are aligned with the brand’s creative vision, tone, and high standards. Acting as the bridge between process and expression, you will manage the GTM calendar, drive alignment with licensees, and ensure that every consumer-facing interaction, from product packaging to in-store and digital experiences, reflects the brand’s premium positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the GTM calendar and critical path, ensuring internal and external partners meet seasonal and campaign milestones
  • Ensure consistent brand identity, tone, and creative integrity across all market-facing assets and consumer experiences
  • Lead licensee alignment as the brand gatekeeper for all categories (TIME, EYEWEAR, FRAGRANCE), ensuring toolkits, packaging, retail executions, and campaigns follow brand guidelines
  • Manage seasonal onboarding, asset delivery, and feedback loops for all licensed partners to maintain alignment and quality.
  • Collaborate with departments and GTM Manager Sales to ensure readiness and timely go-to-market deliveries
  • Oversee brand experience across all touchpoints including marketing materials, retail, digital, and unboxing to maintain premium brand positioning
  • Coordinate seasonal market meetings and manage production oversight, delivering playbooks and toolkits for cohesive market execution and conducting campaign evaluations to optimize performance
  • Ensure go to market readiness from a cross-functional and operations point of view, including product delivery

Perfil

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Brand Management, Licensee Management, Marketing, or similar roles with strong knowledge of marketing processes
  • Solid understanding of brand and business across all sales channels, including external partnership management, preferably within fashion/retail
  • Proven experience with branding/licensing products and wholesale marketing or sales
  • Strong strategic and operational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple large-scale, cross-functional projects
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior and trends, able to translate insights into actionable marketing activations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build consensus across teams and stakeholders
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote
  • Fluency in English is a must
