Missão

Join a global brand with a strong heritage and an ambitious future. We are now looking for a Global Go To Market Manager Sales to join our Brand team in Stockholm. 

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner driving our commercial readiness – ensuring that our product stories are translated into successful sales execution across global retail and wholesale channels. You will play a key role in strengthening the Go to Market process, managing sell-in milestones, and leading the commercial track of our GTM Summits. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and align the global sales calendar with key GTM milestones to ensure markets are ready for activation. 

  • Manage the end-to-end critical path together with the wider GTM team 

  • Package and translate global strategies for regional sales teams, ensuring clear handovers and actionable toolkits for local execution. 

  • Lead the commercial track of the GTM Summit and create impactful sales tools  

  • Drive sell-in readiness, including key checkpoints 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver compelling and commercially driven stories. 

  • Oversee the creation of sales-focused content that align with Gant’s brand voice and commercial objectives. 

  • Analyze sales performance and commercial feedback to continuously optimize GTM strategies. 

  • Support seasonal sales enablement projects and wholesale initiatives to strengthen global sell-in performance. 

  • Establish a feedback loop from campaign and seasonal execution, analyzing commercial insights and sales performance to inform and optimize future GTM strategies. 

Perfil

  • A collaborative team player with strong communication and negotiation skills. 

  • A strategic thinker who combines big-picture vision with hands-on execution. 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally within apparel, fashion, footwear, sport, or FMCG. 

  • Proven experience in international key account management, with a strong understanding of e-commerce and digital sales. 

  • Analytical and business-driven mindset with a passion for insights and performance. 

  • Skilled in leading projects and driving cross-functional collaboration.
