We are now looking for a Logistics Coordinator Nordics to join our Nordic Logistics team at GANT’s headquarters in Stockholm. In this junior position, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth logistics operations across our e-commerce, own retail stores, and PR activities. You will work closely with teams across PR, Merchandising, Finance, and Global Logistics, as well as external partners including freight forwarders and our Third-Party Logistics Provider (TPL).
Responsibilities
Coordinate orders and share information with the Third-Party Logistics Provider (TPL)
Manage and monitor inbound and outbound delivery processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Collaborate with internal teams to secure punctual and complete deliveries
Proactively address and resolve logistics-related challenges
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency
Maintain a high level of service when handling logistics inquiries, both externally and internally
Perform administrative tasks such as invoice handling, stock adjustments, and reconciliations
Perfil
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Administration, or Management — or equivalent practical experience
- Experience within logistics or the fashion industry is considered an advantage
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Service-minded with the ability to build strong working relationships
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on and collaborative approach
This position offers a hybrid work setup — three days in the office and two days remote — and includes occasional domestic business trips.
