Missão
As Retail Creative Lead at Gant, you will play a key role in shaping our global physical retail environments through strong creative leadership and advanced design expertise. The role requires strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D programs such as SketchUp, Rhino or similar, as you will lead retail concepts from idea to execution with a high level of visual and technical precision. This is a senior-level position based in Stockholm.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and design physical retail concepts from idea to execution in line with Gant’s global brand direction.
Develop seasonal window concepts and campaign activations through research, ideation and visualization.
Create 3D renderings, mockups and detailed material specifications for different store formats.
Adapt concepts based on budget, store layout and functional requirements.
Collaborate closely with Experience Project Managers to ensure high-quality production and execution.
Ensure a seamless connection between physical retail and digital brand experiences.
Drive innovation by exploring and implementing AI-driven tools in creative workflows.
Perfil
At least 5 years of proven experience within retail design, visual merchandising or creative concept development.
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D software such as SketchUp, Rhino or similar.
Ability to create detailed 3D sketches and photorealistic visualizations with accurate material specifications.
Strong understanding of premium materials and high-quality retail executions.
Ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual and spatial solutions.
Well-structured with strong project management, budgeting and time management skills.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and work across cross-functional teams.
