At Gant, we combine heritage with innovation – and now we are looking for a driven and analytical operations performance specialist to strengthen our Operations Performance team in Stockholm. The role is part of a team of three within Gant Global Operations, working closely together across the responsibilities below. The role drives operational excellence across the function, with a growing focus on inventory optimization and supply planning connected to NOS, and works across Logistics, Sourcing, and Purchasing to measure performance and drive improvements.
A key part of the role is to define and develop the Global Operations KPI framework and link it to corporate targets. The framework is the backbone of the continuous improvement work within Global Operations – used to identify inefficiencies across logistics, supplier, and delivery performance, drive actions, and follow up that improvements deliver measurable impact.
Responsibilities:
Define, develop and continuously improve the Global Operations KPI framework across logistics, inventory, delivery, and supplier performance.
Track global operations performance against target, explain deviations, and drive improvements together with regions and teams.
Link operational KPIs to corporate targets (e.g. logistics cost, inventory turnover, OTIF, supplier performance).
Run the monthly operations review cycle, including preparation and follow-up on agreed actions.
Coordinate the budget and forecast process within Global Operations, with focus on logistics cost.
Contribute to cross-functional Global Operations projects and build scenario cases to support supply chain design decisions and investments.
Produce seasonal buy sign-off material for management, benchmarking the planned buy against previous seasons.
Develop inventory projections and follow up against actuals, explaining deviations.
Continuously track inventory turnover and link it to corporate targets.
Keep global planning parameters (e.g. sell-through, turnover) aligned with company strategy and targets
Develop and implement the future NOS (Never Out of Stock) process, moving toward a centrally governed, replenishment-based model.
Develop the inventory planning ways of working connected to NOS and replenishment, with focus on continuous improvement.
Perfil
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain and/or logistics
Performance and improvement driven mindset
Very strong analytical skills and data driven mindset
Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data in a structured manner
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in both English and Swedish, both verbal and written.
Ability to travel to our regional offices and distribution centres.
Knowledge of Qlik Cloud is merited
