Missão

Gant Footwear is Gant's dedicated in-house footwear business, established after the category transitioned from a licensing model into the Gant organisation. With the new setup now operational, we combine the heritage and global reach of an iconic brand with the pace and entrepreneurial mindset of a scale-up. As we move from launch into stabilisation and growth, we are now looking for a Logistics Specialist to support the next phase of our journey.

In this role, you will manage and coordinate key logistics flows, including warehouse and 3PL operations, inbound, outbound and returns. With our new warehouse setup now going live, you will play an important role in ensuring stable operations, strong partner performance and continuous improvement across processes, systems and ways of working.

Acting as a key link between markets, suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams, you will help strengthen a logistics operation that can scale with the business, ensuring strong operational control, high service levels and a seamless customer experience across all logistics touch-points.

Responsibilities

Warehouse & 3PL Management

  • Drive and coordinate 3PL warehouse operations and go-live activities, ensuring operational readiness, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Continuously develop warehouse processes, WMS integration, VAS activities, returns, pick-ups, and outbound flows.
  • Act as a key logistics contact for markets and partners, managing communication, issue resolution, and operational follow-up.
  • Monitor 3PL, courier, and forwarder performance and drive improvements based on KPIs and business needs.

Claims Management & Market Support

  • Manage logistical claims end-to-end, coordinating root cause analysis and corrective actions with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze claims and delivery performance to support supplier evaluation, audits, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Sample Logistics & Collection Management

  • Together with the Logistics team, coordinate and optimize sample logistics and transport flows to markets and across HQ functions.
  • Proactively resolve transport, duty, and operational issues while ensuring clear communication and smooth collaboration between suppliers, carriers, 3PL partners, and internal teams.

Process Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain and develop standardized logistics processes and documentation in line with operational and system changes.
  • Use performance data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive scalable improvements across logistics operations.

Inbound & Operational Support

  • Support broader Supply Chain operations flexibly based on business needs

Perfil

  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain, or warehouse/3PL management, preferably in an international environment
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, transport flows, returns management, and collaboration with 3PLs, carriers, and freight forwarders
  • Experience working with ERP and WMS systems; SAP experience and exposure to system implementations, UAT, or operational go-lives are advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured, detail-oriented approach and a drive to continuously improve ways of working
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in written and spoken English

Working at Gant Footwear and what to expect

Our people and culture mean everything to us. We are a small, fast-moving organisation in an exciting scale-up phase, which means things move quickly, priorities can shift and the path ahead is not always fully mapped out. That is part of what makes working here both challenging and rewarding. We look for people who are comfortable taking ownership, creating clarity where it does not yet exist and moving things forward without waiting for every answer or instruction. You will be expected to spot opportunities, solve problems, take initiative and continuously develop both your role and the way we work.

At the same time, being entrepreneurial here does not mean running in your own direction. We value people who listen, collaborate, know when to push and when to pause, and can align behind a decision once it has been made. There is little prestige, a lot of trust and a strong sense of shared responsibility across teams. We work hard and expect a lot from one another, but we also genuinely enjoy working together. We laugh a lot, eat lunch together, celebrate our wins and make time for after-works and other moments that bring the team together.

What we offer

With us, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact, influence how we work and shape your own development over time. How far you take that opportunity is largely up to you. You will join a close-knit team with a strong culture and positive atmosphere, while being part of an international company with a heritage dating back to 1949 and stable private ownership.

Based at our newly renovated Stockholm HQ, you will also benefit from occupational pension, employee discounts and sample sales, a generous wellness allowance, access to our benefits portal, 30 days of vacation plus two additional days off, and opportunities to grow both within Gant Footwear and across the wider Gant organisation. You will also have access to initiatives such as our Lifestyle Club and other activities that bring colleagues together.
