Missão
We are looking for an experienced and service-minded IT Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will provide first and second-line technical support to employees across our HQ and European offices, ensuring a seamless IT experience and supporting day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first and second-line IT support to HQ users and employees across European offices.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
Support Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft 365 applications, Apple devices, and business-critical systems.
Manage onboarding, offboarding, identity provisioning, and user access administration.
Support endpoints, mobile devices, meeting room technology, and audiovisual equipment.
Assist with network, remote access, and connectivity troubleshooting in collaboration with infrastructure teams.
Maintain support documentation, contribute to the knowledge base, and identify opportunities to improve processes through AI and automation.
Perfil
Qualifications & Experience
Experience working in a corporate IT support environment providing first and second-line support.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and modern workplace technologies.
Basic understanding of network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
Familiarity with endpoint management and device lifecycle support.
Experience with Microsoft Intune and Cisco Meraki is an advantage.
Comfortable using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot to support troubleshooting, documentation, and daily workflows.
