Missão
GANT is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Manager to join our global E-commerce Solutions team. In this role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our Digital Flagship, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance internal processes and elevate the customer experience. Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Core is a must for this position.
About the role
Monitor daily E-commerce operations and collect reported bugs and own the resolution process. This role will report to Head of Ecom Solutions.
Identify key problem areas of the customer journey and provide feedback to the Product Owner.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, internal and external development team, and Customer Service teams.
Identify improvement areas within key operational processes to optimize efficiency across teams and markets.
Manage projects involving daily operations and business-critical processes.
Turn high-level business needs into epics, user stories, and tasks. Whilst ensuring the user stories follow best practices with well-defined acceptance criteria.
Perfil
To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe that you have:
3+ years of experience working within Direct-to-Consumer E-commerce
Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Core is a must.
Experience working with agile processes and tools like JIRA, Monday.com, Confluence, and Slack.
Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
Customer-centric mindset – all decisions and priorities are made with the customer and business impact in mind.
Strong ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions.
Desirable skills:
Experience with leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and performing end to end tests.
Understanding of CRM journeys, content and digital product management.
Experience with Salesforce Order Management and Marketing Cloud
