Missão

ACQUISITION

Drive the change into a new culture and organization

Supports employees on the change management process

Understand new employees’ role and capabilities

Assess GAP’s vs Job descriptions

Build development plans

Build social plan (dismissals, recruitments, timings…)

CONTRIBUTE & EXECUTE HR STRATEGY

Drive the execution of the people strategies & plans that attract, develop and retain employees to support the organizational short and long term business needs to drive competitive advantage and address opportunities and threats

Drive flawless execution of local and Global GANT initiatives

ORGANIZATIONAL DESIGN

Pro-actively challenge the established organizational structure to drive superior performance

Manage smooth organizational transitions using best practice change management methodologies

Define/review job descriptions with manager and employee and ensure each job description is signed

ATTRACT & ONBOARD

Continuously improve recruitment strategy in order to attract and retain best candidates

Develop recruitment processes, ensuring recruitment procedures, conduct assessment centers and interviews

Develop internship recruitment process

Prepare and follow up recruitment KPI’s. Define action plan when needed

Conduct follow up interviews and exit interviews

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

Support and coach Line Managers in their implementation of core people processes

Work with Line Managers to define team and organizational development needs

 PERFORMANCE & TALENT MANAGEMENT

Ensure performance and talent management drive the achievement of business goals through target setting, performance calibration, talent assessment and talent calibration

Works with Line Managers to define and execute talent development plans

Follow up on talent action plans

Drives succession planning exercise at some levels

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

Promote and foster a culture and environment that is productive, open, empowering

Coaches others to behave and make decisions in line with GANT values and business principles

HR ADMIN & CONTROL

Ensure that all payroll related queries from employees, authorities and managers are addressed timely and properly

Forward contracts and salary information to ADP, to control that all information is up-to-date and correct

Coordinates the monthly local payroll process

Responsible for payroll reporting (weekly, monthly, yearly basis)

Support yearly internal and external audit processes

Drive ad-hoc related People projects related to payroll (ADP implementation, Time & attendance system implementation, …)

Ensure accurate documentation of employee files, and any other payroll and HR records

Maintain HRIS system TalentPass with the current employee data and update organizational charts

Leavers administration

Trial period management

Personnel administration

Medical follow-up and sick leave management

Prepares all contracts of employment / amendments

Maintain and administrate data of HR systems

Prepare and update employees newcomer handbook (rewards, policies…)

Offers guidance on GANT’s policies and procedures to Management and employees

Liaison with services providers (renting, …)

SOCIAL DIALOGUE

Manage relations with social partners.

Prepare and co-facilitate and follow-up on meeting with social partners and ensure that good social dialogue is maintained.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Ensure strict adherence to H&S laws

Implement and execute internal H&S program

Liaison with H&S partner

OTHERS

Drive implementation of ad-hoc HR Global projects (The Loop implementation, &Frankly implementation, …)


Perfil

Educational level:

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree on Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field

Knowledge requirements / past experience:

3 to 5 years experience as HR Generalist

Experience in retail environment is a plus

Experience executing change management programs

Coaching and facilitation skills

Successful experience in the implementation & execution of people strategies for a business, function or unit

Knowledge of labor law

Language skills:

English both written and spoken, French

IT/tools skills:

Advanced Microsoft office package skills

High level of affinity to and experience with business computing solutions

Soft Skills / personal characteristics:

Business oriented, understanding the role of People Business Partner as internal supplier

Performance driven

Change agent

Someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.
