As an Office Assistant at Gant, you play a key role in creating a welcoming, well‑functioning, and pleasant office environment. You support employees, visitors, and external partners on a daily basis and contribute to smooth office operations.
This is a varied, hands‑on role suited for someone who enjoys taking initiative and being close to the daily flow of the office. As you are often the first point of contact, you help ensure a professional first impression of Gant. The role also includes physical tasks where heavy lifting may occur.
Key Responsibilities
Staff the reception desk and ensure a welcoming, tidy, and professional environment
Ensure kitchens and common areas are clean, stocked, and inviting
Receive visitors, handle phone calls, manage access, and ensure proper hosting
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and daily DHL pickups
Order office supplies and administer systems and shared email accounts
Coordinate maintenance requests, supplier contacts, and office-related services
Handle access cards, taxi bookings, and parking permits
